Milan Mandaric Not a happy bunny.

Milan Manderic today fired a broadside at the reporter who branded Portsmouth football club "a circus" at the weekend after his team’s abysmal display against Aston Villa.

He said " I am appalled at the way some people in the media keep sniping at our club, and I was only saying to Milo the dwarf this morning while he was cleaning out the elephants in the south stand lower, that I am fed up to the back teeth with it"

Mr Mandaric speaking from his caravan in the car Park behind the Fratton End went on to say "As if we haven’t got enough to worry about at the moment, we have picked up a number of injuries this week, our trapeze artiste has just picked up twisted ankle and simba the lioness has a broken tooth.

THE POMPEY BOYS

John Payne has teamed up again with Roy Charles and have produced their latest project,
“The PARK”

“The Park” is a comprehensive insight into Fratton Park the home of Portsmouth Football Club. This book looks at the stadium’s history over the past century and through a collection of over 300 colour photographs will take you on a journey in and around the ground and to the places fans would not normally have access to.
As old football grounds change forever and new stadiums are built, “The Park” will stand as a record of how they once were.

To complement the book, you receive a free DVD entitled “Fratton Memories.” This is a unique 80- minute long film made by Pompey fans Bob Haines and Rob Nettleton. They interview former Portsmouth players such as Len Phillips, Jack Mansell and a fan who saw his first Pompey game in 1928 John Jenkins. They tell us not only of their memories but also their funny stories of
Fratton Park over the last seven decades.

Together the book and DVD make a complete guide to one of England’s most famous stadiums, it will not only be enjoyed by Portsmouth fans but by football traditionalists around the country.
